INDEPENDENT LOCO. MEN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) "WELLINGTON, this day. Some difference of opinion seems to have irisen between the A.S.R.S. and the loco men. A delegation from the former waited on the E.C.F.A. with the object of reaching an understanding. The loco. executive said that traffic men must please themselves about resuming work and running trains with subsitute drivers. It was the loco, men's strike, and they intended to get a settlement in their own way. 1 At a meeting of the A.S.B.S. men statements were freely made by members that ! I they would work the trains, whoever J they were manned by.
