In regard to pillion riding, the by-law ( j absolutely forbids the riding of a motor . cycle by two persons, except where there lis a side-car attachment. I With regard to safety zones, the proI posed by-liur reads as follows: ""No per- . son shall drive any vehicle or ride any j bicycle or animal in. through or oved any j safety zone established hy the Council in ; j any street or public place for the use of . , pedestrians and marked or distinguished ' . as such. "Such safety zones may be established by the Council from time to time in such places in the streets and public places , of the city as the Council may from time !to time by resolution determine." J The by-law alsr> contains a new regula--11 lion enforcing the control of traffic by Ipoolioe or other persons authorised, I and makes provision for an age minimum ] of 21 for the holders of motor licenses, except when- a renewal is sought by a I minor against whom there are no adverse ' reports - ___________
