The Premier, dealing with the suggestion recently made that the delegation of meat producers about to visit England should include a man of commercial experience, informed your correepondent that the constitution of the delegation was a matter entirely for the Farmers' Union. He certainly hoped they would send a man Home to see what happened. '"I cannot, however," he added, "spare Dr. Reakes for quite a month, as he is engaged on important work. My own opinion is that Mr. David Jones will not be able to go, as, since his nomination, he bas been elected a member of Parliament."
