Can be clumped around any robe rail, and will accommodate the heaviest robes and rugs without tearing or spoiling the texture. The "BACKUS" may also be used to securely fasten the throttle levers to the steering wheel. Every motorist needs one or more of these locks. It's better to be sure than sorry.
