WaEiank-•K-as fined 10/ and 7/ costs. Alexander Foreyth and. Sidney Groate were each fined 20/ and costs 7/. T. McPike was ordered to pay by consent to Wallace and Co. 17 4/10 by 4/ per month. E. Marflett consented to pay C. H. Barker 10/ per montn to liquidate a debt of £10 2/6. T. Mcßeynolds was ordered to pay £2 5/6 forthwith to McCarten BroOiers. S. J. Chalmers was ordered to give up possession of bouse to H. A. Davies on or before March 10, and to pay £1 6/ costs. A Maori named Pal was ordered to cive up of a house to Mrs. Byrnes, on or before February 23, and to $ay costs £1 6/.
