BOXING CONTROL.
I'ARIS, February 9. At the first meeting of the International Boxing Union Great Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Brazil were represented. It was decided to fix the headquarters of the union in London and to invite the Prince of Wales to become the president. It was resolved to decide the world's amateur championships at the Olympic Games at Antwerp. COAL SHORT IN DENMARK. COPENHAGEN', February 9. Owing to a stoppage of coal supplies from Britain, industrial firms in Donmark only possess supplies sufficient for six weeks.
