LONDON, January 22. Advices from Sofia state that the Sobranje ratified the Peace Treaty after recording a number of protests against its rigorous terms. —(A. and N.Z. Cable.) BUDAPEST, January 22. The newspapers were issued with black borders when they published the terms of the Peace Treaty. Black flags were flown on many public buildings and residences. Theatrical performances were forbidden for three days.— ("Times.")
