No word has yet been received by the local postal authorities as to there beinsr an Australian mail on board th 6 Nummea, which arrived in Wellington yesterday afternoon from Sydney. Any Auckland letters which might be oil board will arrive here to-morrow. The Riverina, which is due to arrive at Wellington on Monday from Sydney, will progably bring Australian letters, as may the Westralia, due tbe following day from Melbourne.
