Plaintiff abandoned | the £30 in order to bring the case in . the Lower Court. | Evidence was given by the firm as to ! the repairs that had been done to the ! plaintiff's car. Witness was crossexamined at some length as to whether jor not all the repairs executed were ' absolutely required as the result of the ! accident.
