TEN LIVES LOST. COLLISION WITH A PIER. (Received 9.45 a.m.) NEW YORK. October 30. While the Lake Michigan steamer City of ilnskegun was entering the harbour if Muskegon to-day she collided with a pier, and was so" badly damaged that the sank in four minutes. Three of the passengers and seven of the crew were drowned, the remainder being saved by scramblin. up the piles ef the pier.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
