BY MEXICAN BANDITS. £30,000 RANSOM DEMANDED. WASHINGTON. October 23. The State Department announces that Mr. William Jenkins, the American Consul at Pueblo. Mexico, was kidnapped by three masked bandits, and is held to ransom for £30.000.
