MONUMENT AT HERCHKS. LONDON, October 15. Hcu tor's correspondent in Mons states that tihere was an imposing ceremony at the unveiling of a monument, erected by the inhabitants in honour of the British armies, at Herchiee (northwest of Mon.-s), where the last shots of t"he war were fired on November 11, 1918. British and French military leaders attended.—(Router. )■
