TE AROIIA SPOUTS CLUB. Tilio Te Arotaa Sports Club announces a sports meeting to be held on Labour Day October 27. The programme has been issued, and is an attractive one. including cycling, dancinc and pedestrian events, for cash and trophies, as well as a number of .field events. There is n £10 cycle race, and a £10 pedestrian sprint handicap, in addition to 220 yards and 400 yards events, in which the win is worth while. Half a dozen national rtnnce competitions are open to allcomers, and novelty events and side shows are promised. Nominations for the more Important events are to be in by October 13.
