The question everyone is asking each other to-day is: "Have you seen this week's 'Observer*?" It is indeed a pleasant surprise awaiting purchasers. Tbe number is a mammoth one, consisting of no less than 40 extra pages, and a real bonanza- of good things. Bio's Pictorial History of the War is the feature of the production, which is unique. It is impossible to print a second edition, so that those only who buy early will secure a veritable surprise packet worth treasuring. The "Observer" was published yesterday.
