A BIG DEFICIT. (Received 2.35 p.m.) THE HAGUE, September 17. The Minister of Finance, in introducing the Budget for 1920, estimated the deficit at £12,000,000. He said the financial •ituation was most alarming, and new taxation was imperative.—(Reuter.)
