Hoggets brought 13/4 to £1 V< empty ewes. £1 1/. On Thursday, August 2S. we held Q« monthly sale at Whangarei, when *Ji c yarded just under 500 head of .cattle. Dairy cows and heifers came forward M large numbers, and there was a noticeable improvement in the number of store cattle penned.
