ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOL COMMITTEES.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Tuesday. The Federation of School Committees' Association to-day adopted a constitution and elected the following officers: — President, Mr. A. G. Wallace; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. S. G. Smith (Taranahi), J. K. Hornblow (Manawatu), A. E. "\ ans (Canterbury), C. J. Talbot (Temuka) : secretary and treasurer. Mr. A. J. White (Wellington); committee. Messrs. Snow (Wellington), Pickering (Wairarapa). L. Orange (Paimerston North). Potter (Auckhind), Brenton-Rule (Wellington), Ritchie (Dunedin), and Glover (Motu,eka).
