The quarterly meeting of the City Licensing Committee was held to-day, Messrs. J. Trevethick (chairman), j! Grace, E. Leydon, and J. Patterson being on the Bench. The business was brief. Transfers of licenses were granted as follows:—Queen's Ferry Hotel, T. Markwick to Andrew Beggs; Royal Hotel, W. D. Graham to I*. M. Page; Rob Roy Hotel, C. Boyle to R. L. Harvey.
