Foster is now out I">S days from Nukualofa for San Francisco. This is. of course, a long time, but the fact that the Oakland has reached San Francisco after a trip of 151 days from Apia, rends to allay fear as to the other veswel's safety. The Wanganui, which also ■had a long trip, reported line but flat weather, and it is thought that the Lyman D.
