AMBITIOUS ROADINO SCHEME. The Raglan County Council has Issued a statement of Its intention to institute a generous scheme ol" road formation, and to that end, a poll of ratepayers of the Ptlkekawa-Whangapc special rating dis- ; triet of the County of Raglan will he | taken on the l.'lth of next month with a view to raising £21.0110 for road formation. A special rale of I },( -n the pound upon the ratable property in the special rating distric- ie- proposed to be levied by way of security for the payment of interest and other charges upon tire loan.
