The report of the War Cabinet for 1918 shows that the grand total of the < troops raised by the Empire, exclusive ' of the Labour and Chinese units, was ' 8,654.467. The total casualties, includ- 1 ing prisoners and missing, numbered 1 2,061.921.—(A. and X.2. Cable.) The naval tonnage under the British Hag during the war totalled 6,500.000 tons.— (A. and N.Z.
