SOLDIERS' PREMIUMS.
SYDNEY, August 19. A petition is being circulated asking the Australian Mutual Provident Society to refund the extra war-risk premiums charged to soldier and sailor members of the society who took out policies subsequent to the outbreak of the war. — (A. ! and N.Z. Cable.)
