When a case was called at the S.M. Court this morning, the clerk stated that the person named as defendant had written stating ho was not tho man who owed the money. The lawyer for the plaintiff pressed for judgment, stating that his client was satisfied the right man had boon served. Mr. F. K. Hunt, _.__., who was on the bench, said: "If you take judgment against the wrong man you will probably hear more about it when you put the bailiffs in." Judgment was entered for plaintiff, by default, as the person cited as defendant was not in attendance nor represented ,by counsel, % ... ••.-_..._
