WOMEN'S NATIONAL RESERVE

Miss Lord has just returned to Wellington from Gisborne and Hastings, where, under the auspices of the Public Health Department, she has been holding Women's National Reserve sick nursing classes. In the former place she delivered 37 lectures within 15 days, and the lectures were greatly appreciated. At Manutuke (in the" Gi_borne district) many people came long distances to attend" The keenest interest was taken, and a most gratifying report has been received speaking in the highest terms of the great benefit the classes have been to the whole c?mmunity.
