FALL FROM HORSE.
FARMER BADLY INJURED. A painful accident occurred to Mr. J. P. McCall. a resident of Moumoukai, near Clevedon, yesterday. He was on horseback, when he came into collision with a large stump, and was thrown heavily to the ground. His leg was badly swollen, but was found on examination not to be broken. He was attended .by Dr. A. P. W. Brookfield, of Papakura, and was then brought in <by motor-car to the hospital. He is progressing as well a≤ can be expected.
