f NEW YORK, July 27 (delayed). The New York "Times" states that the United States Treasury Department has announced that the estimated zevenues for the fiscal years 1920 will total 6,500,000,000 dollars (about £1,300,----000,000), which will be sufficient to cover proposed expenditures —(A. and N.Z.)
