REPORTED COLLAPSE. RESIGNATION OF BELA KUN. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) LONDON, August 3. Herr Bela Kun and the Soviet Cabinet have resigned. A Socialist-Democratic Cabinet, headed by Herr Julius Beidl, has been formed. It is reported that the new Cabinet has made overtures to the Allied representatives at Vienna for recognition of a the new Government.—(United Service.) Advices from Vienna state that the Hungarian Commissary called on the Allied representative, Colonel Cunningham, and suggested that negotiations be j commenced for a peaceful resignation of the Soviet Government and the formation of a new Government in Hungary.
