RIOTS IN BELGRADE.
MARTIAL LAW PROCLAIMED. (Received 12.45 p.m.) VIENNA, July 17. Martial law has been declared in Serbia. Daily demonstrations are occurring in Belgrade as a protest against the wholesale arrests of Socialists in Bosnia, where the provincial "authorities are flouting the Belgrade Government. Train traffic has been suspended. Several rioters were killed and many wounded.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
