The German Press comments with cynical candour upon the ratification of the treaty, claiming that it reflects the tdtrmate view of the Government majority. The "Allgemeine Zeitung" says taai Germany does not Intend to slave for her former antagonists. The paper lopes that changing conditions wiR preT ent carrying out existing terms. The Torwaerts" says that the Germans jaust instantly begin combating the terms, employing every intellectual and jnoral weapon, end assisted by the interjstional Labour movement.—("Times.")
