LONDON, July 16. The "Daily Express" is offering a prize of £10,000 for a commercial reliability aiship or aeroplane return flight from Britain to India and South Africa carrying a minimum load of one ton. The Australian flight is excluded owing to the Commonwealth's earlier offer. Competitors will be judged for reliability and air worthiness.
