FOURTH CANDIDATE ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph.—'Press Association.) WHANGAREI, this day. A fourth candidate is out for Marsden Parliamentary representation in the person of Mr Albert H. Curtis, of Maungaturoto, who declares himself "Independent, in the interests of farmers and wage earners."
