A CHALLENGE FROM FELTON. (Received 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, July 14. Felton, the Australian sculler, has challenged Ernest Barry to row for the world's championship. It is expected that articles for the match TVill.be signed in a fortnight, and that the race will be decided over the course from Putney to Mortlake in September.—(A. and N.Z.)
