TRAFFIC STRIKE IN PROGRESS THE REACTIONARY ARMY. (By Cable.—(Press Association.—(.opyrlght.) •i (Received 10.35 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, July 1. With a hope of overthrowing the Government, yon Eichorn, ex-Prefect of Police, who later joined the Spartacist movement, organised a traffic strike in Berlin. Tlie strike is now in full swing. General yon Lettow-Vorbeck, formerly in command of the German East African forces, who is leading a movement designed to secure the restoration of the monarchy, entered Hamburg unopposed at the head of 4000 troops.—(A. and N.Z.
