A VERY TRIFLING AFFAIR. LONDON, June 23 (delayed). At the Kent assizes Mr. .Justice Darling spoke strongly on the laxity of | the views held by many regarding marriage. People, he said, were coming to look upon the marriage contract as no j more binding than a dinner engagement. Hundreds were beinp divorced daily.
