SMALL VOLUNTEER FORCE. (Received 12.30 p.m.i LONDON, .June 4. The first party of Australian machine gunners, numbering 30, have gone t'> Murmansk. All have been demobilised, and their only connection with Australia is the right to use the Australian uniform. Sixty others are joining an infantry force. These are not even permitted to retain their uniforms or draw allowances tin the Australian basis when they join up with the British contingent. (A. and X.Z. Cable.)
