I ANOTHER 6,000,000 GALLONS. LONDON, May 25-Delayed. A Manchester deputation waited on the Food Ministry in connection with the shortage of beer due to the Government continuing to restrict the output. It was pointed out that the situation \\ as causing trouble in Manchester and Salford, where some hotels had been broken into dining closed hours, the customers helping themselves and leaving payment behind, and insisting on searching the cellars, although assured that the stock was exhausted. The Minister, Mr. G. H. Roberts, announced in the House of Commons that the Government had decided to increase the barrelage of beer from 20.000,000 to 20,0011,0(111.
