FATALITY AT CLIVE.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) NAPIER, Monday. Dennis Crowley, for many years a resident of Clive, was knocked down by a car at Clive and killed. He was crossing the road and became confused on the approach of a car driven from Hastings to Xapier with a load of hockey players. An inquest was opened on Saturday evening, and was adjourned.
