A DOMINION RECORD. t (By Telegraph.—'Press Association.) , WELLINGTON, Monday. f The Customs revenue collected ! \ throughout the Dominion for May, 1919, f was ._437,SSS, and the excise beer duty c „_3,512. The figures for May. 1918. . were -304,432 and £20,G51 respectively. ; ;. Commenting on tiie figures, the Hon. A. \ j M. Myers said the Customs revenue for i the month, _437,555, was remarkable L for the fact that it was the greatest ever i \ collected in any month. The largest i previous amount was £422,086, collected in June, 1915. The Minister said increased shipping fulfilment of overdue orders, full cargoes, and the higher value of goods were, no doubt, responsible for I* this record revenue collection. [ 1
