THE MAKURA The Royal Mail steamer Makura, wrich sailed from tills port for Vancouver on May 14, left Honolulu on May 27. It is expected th.it she will leave Vancouver on her return voyage about June 7. PALOONA AT SAN FRANCISCO. Cable a.ivice received by the Union Company states th.it It.Ms. Paloona arrived at San Francisco on Wednesday last from Wellington, via Island ports. The vessel was timed to leave ou the return journey to-day. THE ORIENT LINE. Advice has been received by the Union Company, as agent for the Orient Line, which states that the Orontes and Osteriey are expected to leave Sydney about the middle of July, and the Ormonde aud Orsova during August, for London, via the usual ports. These four vessels will carry passengers. The Ormonde if practically a new ship, and this will he her first trip Home as a pas-sender steamer. FLORA ARRIVES. The Union Co.'s Islaud steamer flora arrived from the Eastern Pacific shortly after midnight, was- granted pratique tills morning, and berthed at the King's wharf. She brought a full cargo of fruit and Inland produce, all of which is in good condition. It comprises 14.0C0 cases of fruit. 100 bags of coeoannrs. and 100 tons of pearl shell. Nothing untoward was experienced on the voyage, though the outward ruu was more or less stormy throughout. The Flora is advertised to sail for Rarotonga and Tahiti ou June t>, at 3 o'clock.
