RAILWAY FATALITY.
CORONER'S FINDING. Following on the railway fatality of the 13th inst., in which one William ' Nelson was found in the railway yard badly mangled, the finding of the j Coroner was delayed until he had an opportunity of viewing the scene of the accident. The finding given yesterday was that the deceased, William Nelson, had been run over and killed in the Auckland railway yard by the engine of train number D 20, on the evening of Hay 13, there being no evidence ac to how the deceased came on to the railway line, the driver and fireman not having observed anything in the track of the approaching engine.
