DEFECT IN COOLING PIPE
LONDON, May 20. The airmen H. G. Hawker and Commander MeKenzie Grieve will arrive in London on Tuesday.
Both the airmen are in good health. They were picked up at a point 30 deg 20 minutes N., 20 deg. :i0 minutes \V.. after having been in the water one and a-hiilf hours. Tho machine alighted close to the steamer Marie, the descent being caused by a stoppage of the circulation of water in the pipe between the radiator and the pump. The "Daily Mail" has awarded the airmen a consolation prize of £5000. ( \ and X.Z. Cable.)
