FIXE FOR OMITTiCxt; IMTRINT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Friday. A case arising out of the recent Licensing Poll came before Mr. F. \ . Frazer, S.M.. in the Magistrate's Court to-day, when the Rev. I!. S. (.ray was charged with publishing a paper entitled "Tho Vote." and VV. J. Lankshear with i having printed the publication without having the name and abode of the printer affixed to it. Counsel for defendants, on their behalf, pleaded guilty, and said that it j was impossible for Sir, <!niy to look at j all the literature that was being oiroii;la ted a. thai time. As far as Lank- | shear was concerned, i. was purely ,111 I oversight. The magistrate imposed the minimum fine of £o in eacli case, with 7/ costs. I
