AN AGREEMENT REACHED. (Received 11.45 a.m.) PARIS. May 0. M. Vnndervelde (Premier of Belgium!, interviewed to-day, said that Holland ami Belgium were shortly negotiating a treaty regarding the Scheldt. A satis-, factory solution had already virtually been reached.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
