A YOUTH DROWNED.

The dead body of a youth named Robert Charles Green, 17 years of age, was found about midday on the waterfront near T. M. Lane's boat-building place, Quay Street extension. Deceased was the son of Mr. John Green, of the Crown Dairy, France Street. He had been missing since Monday night, when he said he was "going to the pictures." The body was found Iby a boy named Robert Concord, who reported the matter to the police. The body was removed to the Morgue, where an inquest will be held.
