The "National Zeitung" states that a Spartacist deputation from Berlin lias reached and is keeping the Spartacists informed of the condition and developments of the Bolshevik army, with a view to a spring offensive, timed to coincide with fresh risinga in Germany and Communists' efforts to capture Vienna and arouse Austria.— ("Times.")
