Street Improvements.—Applications for Improvements to Balmoral and Gordon Hoads footpntlis and to the Chatham street roadways were referred to the Streets Committee.
Tender.-The tender of J. lirodie nt f2lO 12/0 was accepted for the work of the continuation of the sewer at the corner of Ewlnjiton Avenue and Buruley Terrace.
Wumlurlng Stock. —The Council decided to instruct the ranker to prosecute the owners of st ;ck found wnnderlnp on the roads, with the exception of first offenders
