RAID ON RUSSIAN CLUB. CHECKED BY POLICE CHARGES. (Received 10.00 a.m.) BRISBANE, this da.'. Returned soldiers attempted to raid the Russian Club last night, but were prevented by repeated charges of the mounted police. Durine- the disturbance 10 persons were injured, 11 of them being police, including a magistrate and the Policg Commissioner.—l A. and N.Z. Cable. I
