EMPIRE NERVE SYSTEM. LONDON, March 10. Mr Ward Price, in a message fron, Paris, states that the Aerial Advisory Board met yesterday to take the first steps in the establishment of the International Aerial Commission, which seeks to carry out the great conception of an "Imperial horseshoe of the air." with its base in Egypt and its extremities in Australia and the (ape. Along this great semi-circle will run the British air-routes, forming the nerve system of the Empire. Within a score of years it is contemplated to have routes overland for ae-ro-plancs through Africa. Soudan, Nyassaland. Rhodesia. Pretoria, and Johannesburg, and for st.tplanos from Capetown, along the coast to the mouth of the Zambesi, and thence to Cairo. Damascus, India, Singapore, Sumatra, and Queensland.
