FREEZING WORKS TROUBLE.
DEMAND FROM ATJCKJLAKD.
A CONFERENCE ARRANGED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Information has been received from Auckland that the men employed in the freezing works would cease to work this week if a conference with their employers regarding a demand for increased wages was not arranged immediately. Mr. Neall, secretary, of the Freezing Workers' Federation, has arranged a conference to take place at Wellington on the 2nd of April.
