COAL COMMISSION'S REPORT. EIGHT HOURS' OAT* 1O PER CENT. 'WAGES INCREASE (Received 10.15 a.m.) LONDON, March 18. According to the "Daily Chronicle's" forecast, the Coal Commission recom-1 mends national control, the eight hours' day from bank to bank, and probably a ten per cent, increase in wages.— (A. and N.Z.
